Craftsmanship takes time. Excellence cannot be rushed.
At Hosuan, we do not pull mass-produced inventory from a warehouse. Every piece you acquire begins its final transformation the moment your order is placed. Please allow approximately 20 days for the completion of your piece.
This time is absolutely essential to our rigorous standards. It begins with shaping the raw Jingdezhen high-white clay, followed by an unforgiving 1300°C high-temperature firing. Master artisans then apply mineral pigments using traditional intangible cultural heritage hand-painting techniques. Finally, the piece undergoes a critical second kiln firing. This uncompromising process ensures that the soul, durability, and wabi-sabi essence of the porcelain are fully realized.
Your ceramic art piece is housed in our custom Premium Black Presentation Box (Rigid Setup Box). Designed not just for unboxing elegance, but for absolute security, our packaging has successfully passed strict 1.2-meter drop tests.
For international transit, we partner exclusively with top-tier global courier services to ensure your piece crosses borders with speed, tracking, and utmost care.
Due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our ceramics, and the immense time invested in each firing, we do not offer standard refunds or returns for change of mind.
However, your trust is paramount. If your piece arrives damaged despite our rigorous packaging, simply contact us directly within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will immediately initiate the creation and dispatch of a complimentary replacement piece. No questions asked.
